Please read this document carefully before participating in and dance activities organized by They Rhythm Lounge. This waiver releases The Rhythm Lounge, its instructors, employees, and agents from liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting from dancing and the risk of COVID-19 infection. By agreeing to this waiver, you agree to waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. Please seek legal counsel if you have any questions regarding this waiver.

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that dance activities at The Rhythm Lounge may involve physical and mental exertion and carry with them the potential for personal injury. I understand that the risk of physical injury is inherent in dance activities and is a risk I voluntarily assume.

I also acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID-19 associated with participation in dance activities at The Rhythm Lounge. I understand and agree that despite the safety measures and precautions taken by the studio, the risk of COVID-19 infection cannot be entirely eliminated.

2. Waiver and Release

In consideration of being allowed to participate in dance activities at The Rhythm Lounge, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge The Rhythm Lounge, its instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for personal injury, including injuries resulting from dancing, and COVID-19 infection that I may sustain while participating in dance activities at the studio.

This waiver includes, without limitation, any injuries caused by the negligence or fault of The Rhythm Lounge], its instructors, employees, or agents, or any other participants in the dance activities.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold The Rhythm Lounge, its instructors, employees, and agents harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur, including attorney's fees, arising from any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by a third party due to my participation in dance activities, including injuries and COVID-19 infection.

4. Acknowledgment of Safety Precautions

I acknowledge that I have been informed of and understand the safety measures and precautions taken by The Rhythm Lounge to minimize the risk of COVID-19 infection. I agree to adhere to all studio policies and guidelines related to health and safety, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and sanitization.

5. Voluntary Agreement

You have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. You understand that by signing up, attending and/or participating in dance classes, dance party, or any event or program, current or future, organized by The Rhythm Lounge at any location or online, you hereby agree to giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue The Rhythm Lounge and acknowledge that are agreeing to this waiver voluntarily, without any duress or coercion, and you intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability.
